I think they all just overeating, i mean i get it, u need calori surplus for bulking and for fuel when u r training hard. But.. Have anybody ever count how much calories they have spent when they were training hard.. I dont think they will loose all those calories even when they are doing their hardest workout. They just love e@ting, and they just making up excuse for doing that

Food prep is pretty hard! Eating 3k calories/day is pretty simple for me, I could easily go higher but then fat gains would be incoming too!! But making all that food, getting groceries is the hard part!
